1.輸出國(guó)官方檢疫主管部門(mén)向國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局推薦企業(yè)。
Local competent quarantine authority"s recommendation.

2.國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局向推薦企業(yè)回函并附調(diào)查問(wèn)卷，所需法定文件。
AQSIA replies with questionnaire and list of application documents.

3.國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局對(duì)推薦企業(yè)文件進(jìn)行進(jìn)口風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析。
AQSIA initates import rist analysis based on  above documents.

4.更新準(zhǔn)入名單或派專(zhuān)家組赴輸出國(guó)實(shí)地考察。
Renew the quarantine access list or implemets on-site audit.

5.更新實(shí)準(zhǔn)入名單。
Audit the enterprise"s material.
